Refund policy

We strive for quality  in our products, in our customer service, and in your overall buying experience. If for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. (This does not apply to orders for our in-house framing, which are non-returnable due to the inherently custom nature of those orders.)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a fault, error, or issue on our part. In those instances, the buyer will be required to take a photograph of the damaged or faulty product and send it to our support team. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, we will send a replacement of the product or will issue a refund. 

We cannot accept returns of damaged or used products.

Once an order has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for and cannot refund orders that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
