Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
As a boutique art design and graphic print house, we aim to bring our extreme attention to detail to bear on every order we process at our US warehouse. That said, we also aim to conduct our business in a timely manner and process all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, we ship orders within 3 business days of order placement, and if we anticipate delays beyond this, we will do our best to let you know. Likewise, if you have special need for rush handling (for a gift, family or military unit event, etc.), please let us know at info@giprintsco.com and we will do everything we can to expedite your order. We usually use USPS for shipping. Upon fulfillment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment.
International Shipping
We are located in the United States. For our customers abroad, international orders will usually take longer to receive than domestic orders. Depending on your location, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed after your shipment leaves our hands. Unless otherwise noted, we will use USPS for international shipments. APO/AE/FPO/Etc. Shipments: We are more than happy to process all shipments bound for overseas military addresses, as we've been in that boat before when living at duty stations abroad. Thanks to USPS, those orders are typically processed much more quickly and inexpensively than other international orders.
Returns
We strive for quality — in our products, in our customer service, and in your overall buying experience. If for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. (This does not apply to orders for our in-house framing, which are non-returnable due to the inherently custom nature of those orders.)
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a fault, error, or issue on our part. In those instances, the buyer will be required to take a photograph of the damaged or faulty product and send it to our support team. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, we will send a replacement of the product or will issue a refund.
We cannot accept returns of damaged or used products.
Once an order has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for and cannot refund orders that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
